Poetic Funk is back!  After a firing February outing and the Fox literally jumping  its time to get down with the Funky brothers once again for a dancers' good time session of Boogie, Jazz Funk Fusion, Soul and Disco.  With a nod back to the 80s super cool rare groove scene, don your glad rags and be ready to sweat and grin all night long. This time around they invite the infectious rhythms of Afro-Jazz and Latin with live act Awale Jant Band.

Gracing the stage will be Awale Jant Band. A London-based outfit with a unique sound that blends West African rhythms with funk and jazz influences. Led by Senegalese vocalist Biram Seck, the band features a talented group of musicians who combine traditional African instruments with electric guitars, keyboards, and horns, to create a vibrant and dynamic sound that is sure to get audiences dancing. Awale Jant's music is both uplifting and thought-provoking, with lyrics that explore themes of identity, culture, and belonging. Their live performances are known for their energy and passion, making them a must-see act for any music lover in London.

And of course, Mark Alexander aka DJ Fraggle will get the venue dancing all night with his special guests! DJ Fraggle is a skilled DJ, producer, and heart of Poetic Funk. Known for his ability to blend a variety of genres, from funk and soul to jazz and boogie, and for his high-energy performance, entertaining the audience with non-stop-dancing infectious beats.
