Vinyl Sisters is a loose collective of rebel womxn DJs of wide ranging backgrounds from their 20s to their 70s, all with a love of collecting and playing vinyl Reggae across many styles.

Debbie of Outerglobe, Resonance FM and Threads Radio set up VInyl Sisters. She began DJaying with Rock Against Racism in 1977 and still plays many of the very fine Roots tunes she got at the time as well as gems collected over the years.

Becca Leathlean 'Selector Becca' has loved Reggae for many many years and started DJaying last year encouraged by Vinyl SIsters. She broadcasts a monthly global Reggae show on Soul Roots Radio. Becca's Reggae style is mostly Roots with more than a glance at Rocksteady and DanceHall.

Tara Mallen 'Tea' began playing at the Lion Vibes Selector Showcases and is a regular with Vinyl Sisters at their monthly Brixton residency. Tara's Reggae style is Old School Ska, Rocksteady and Classics.

Riketté Genesis  'Riketté ' - is a much in demand jazz singer and sound engineer and is branching out into DJaying with sets at Lion Vibes Selector Showcase and Vinyl Sisters, showing great promise. Her Reggae style is beautifully eclectic with 70s Classics and Roots at its heart.
